Prospective Investors
CAI values its relationships with its institutional and individual investors. We believe that candid and comprehensive communication is critical to maintaining these important relationships and we strive for best practices in reporting and administration. In addition to regular annual general meetings and quarterly reports, we are proactive in communicating important developments with our investors by phone and in person. CAI also sponsors occasional Special Investor events that include speakers on timely topics.
Co-Investments
Where circumstances permit, CAI offers quality co-investment opportunities to our limited partners on a deal-by-deal basis. These co-investments enable our investors to leverage their original investment in CAI funds.
