CAI Announces Additions to its Investment Team
Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, NewYork - September 15, 2006 - CAI Capital Partners & Co. III L.P. (together with its related entities, collectively "CAI") is pleased to announce the newest additions to its investment team :
Adam Jezewski, based in Toronto, joined CAI in 2006 as an Associate. He was previously an Associate with Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance Inc., and has worked in their Toronto, Calgary and London, U.K. offices. Adam is a CFA Charterholder and has a B.B.A. in Accounting & Finance from the Williams School of Business at Bishop's University.
Curtis Johansson, based in Vancouver, joined CAI in 2006 as an Associate. He was previously with RBC Capital Markets, most recently as an Associate in their Structured Finance and Advisory Group in London, England. Prior to that position, he was an Analyst in their Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Calgary. Curtis has a B.Comm. from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
Siptain Hirji, based in New York, joined CAI in 2005 as an Analyst. His roles include the preparation of financial and industry analyses and financial models for potential acquisitions, as well as monitoring Portfolio Company financial performance and preparing quarterly valuation recommendations. Siptain has an M.B.A. from the Lubin School at Pace University.
